Why have a personal trainer?
Finding time to train in today’s busy society isn’t easy. So making sure you use that time effectively is even harder!!
Many people that train in gyms find staying motivated, consistent, working out at the right intensity, and monitoring their progress a difficult task…..
However—working with your own personal trainer can alleviate many of these problems.
Your trainer will help you effectively utilise your time, keep you motivated and monitor and log your progress, making changes to your program as you progress.
As a result people that employ trainers are more likely to stick with and use their gym memberships and report way more substantial improvements in their physical results than people that go it alone.
What does personal training involve?
Working with your trainer removes all the guesswork from your program. All you need to do is turn up for your training session in your workout gear with a drink and towel. Your trainer will then utilize the information obtained from your induction to provide an effective, challenging and motivating workout. No more boring workouts! Your trainer will continue to change your program as you improve, and consult with you regarding your likes and dislikes, level of satisfaction and feedback regarding your sessions.

We offer training programs to suit everyone, from the beginner who is ready to make that important lifestyle change, people coming back to training from injury, consulting closely with their medical professional, through to the trained athlete, looking to get the edge on there competition.

Note: Please pay for your training session or have your pre-paid card marked off before you commence your training. This means you can really get down to the business of the session! Thank you for your consideration.
Cancellation Policy
We understand there will be times when you are unable to keep your scheduled training session, or your trainer may be unavailable for a scheduled appointment. We will be very happy to give a free session if we are unable to provide you with a trainer OR 24 hours notice of inability to attend. We will request 12 hours notice if you are unable to attend your session. If this notice is not received we will require payment for your session.
Please make every effort to arrive 10-15 min early so you can warm up- please be considerate of the client arriving after you. Unfortunately if you are late, the session MUST finish on time.
